She's a hockey mom with FIVE kids, right? And this is the "family values" party she's in, right? So, why is she abandoning her family, when one is pregnant and is going to need her, one is off to Iraq and will need her, and one is a couple months old and will need her for the rest of his life. What? "She's not abandoning her family", I hear you cry. Let me explain something to you. She's not running for mayor of a backwater town in the northern reaches of Alaska: She's running to be the Vice President of the United Sttes!!! Now, I've never held the position, myself, but I'm fairly certain it's going to take more than just a little time away from her family! I PERSONALLY know many people more qualified to be Vice President than this bible-toting, animal killing, anti-women, beauty queen runner up, vapid, clueless, vicious person. And none of THEM are qualified to be Vice President, either! I swear to God, if this pair gets elected, I'm moving to Scotland. Have we sunk so low as a nation, so deaperate for real leaders, that we get the broken down fighter pilot/POW/Senator and Gidget???? This is what the GOP machine is trying to foist on us?? Just how stupid do they really think we are?? I guess the answer is: They think we're dumber than Sarah Palin. They're betting all their marbles on it. Well, I might be dumb, but I'm no Sarah Palin. I will work tirelessly to prevent this travesty of American politics.
