LiLo’s gotten so skinny (I’d estimate she’s no more than 100lbs), there is absolutely no way she would still be able to retain such large tits if they were natural. They are implants that have become saggy because of the rapid weight loss.

Maybe her breasts change size bc she got those fake ones like Britney allegedly did, where you can pump em or whatever to get what size you want that day. Or they droop bc of the weight fluctuation like Jessica Simpson where she got a boob job bc she didn’t like how saggy her breasts were after her weight loss. The sag could also be from having the breasts implants removed and now all that skin that stretched to accommodate them sags. So many theories, most of which revolve around past breast job. I never believed they were real. On to her hair. It pissed me off to find out that she had extensions bc her momager and her went on and on about how natural her hair was and I was so envious. Too many lies from this family. Rant over…for now….
