i loved the interview he gave when he talked about being diagnosed with adhd and how swimming really helped with that. i also like the fact that even though he has accomplished so much he still remembers who is true friends are and who the hangers on are.
apparently he was picked on when he was little: ear flicking, throwing his baseball cap out of the bus and he used that hurt and anger to swim better, not shoot up the school. good for him!
