   omggg its called puberty
   first of all:
   1. shes a late bloomer. i know this because when she was 14 she was flat as hell AND becuase lindsay has said in interviews that she was a late bloomer too
   2. thats just her growing– and it looks like shes put on more healthy weight so it might be added from that
   3. big boobs run in her family (lindsay, dina/or whatever that mom’s name is = have big boobs)
   4. SHE is obviously way to young to have a boob job anddd its unlikely her mom let her.. the lohans are not that jenky
