So, uh, Us Magazine has the side-by-side comparison, and an entire discussion of whether or not 14-year-old Ali had some work done in the chest area.
Jesus Lord, are there actually plastic surgeons who will perform boob jobs on 14-year-olds?
I hope this is just a push-up bra issue. Because her tits DO look considerably larger in the photo on the right, and it really kind of sickens me to think that people are putting breast implants in girls who aren’t even old enough to drive.

If that is a push up bra it must be magic. No push up bra is going to take you from a A cup to a D cup. And yes a plastic surgeon would do it!!! why wouldnt he perform work on a celebrity for thousands of dollars??? She got one, admit it people!!!!

Gawd, I absolutely HATE how chicks get implants. Personally, I think it actually makes them look ugly as shit, especially at age 14. First Lindsay, now Ali. What a family of attention whores. You can totally buy padded bras full of jelly and water and stuff to make your boobs appear larger. And Ali most likely did grow a bit on her own. Lindz proved through her Vanity Fair shoot she was not worked on, so it’s likely Ali is also inherited some of the “well-endowed” genes.
It’s probably one of these two factors, or even a combination… As a woman, 1. you can buy deceiving bras… and/or 2. you can grow them at 14 (and *gasp* even sooner if the individual’s hormonal puberty rate cares for it).
As much as i would love to say she got a boob job, she prob didnt. Just look at the likeliness of it. It looks like she did but i doubt it. Wouldnt be too shocked if her attention carved whore of a mother would let her get something like that, but who knows. She porb just grew a bit and added a water bra. I’m only a small B cup and i can make myself look like a large C cup with the right push up bra. So it is possible.
But i just wanna get one thing straight.. why does she think she can be famous? like i really dont wanna bash on her or anything cause im sure shes a nice girl, but honestly.. just cause lindsay worked for her stardom doesnt mean ali can just show up and all of a sudden sing and act?! come on people. the entire world doesnt have talent. its not just ‘in your genes’. Dont get me wrong, im sure ali lohan works at it.. but she got it pretty easy. im not saying she cant sing *cough*cough* but she sure wouldnt win over any talent agents heart or american idol if her sister wasnt lindsay lohan.

Dude, i dont think boobs grow that fast, sometimes they get big quickly but NOT that fast. It could just be an excelent bra, but you never know her mother is kinda crazy. but if it is a bra i deff want it! :) but i doubt any mother, no matter how crazy or fame-seeking a mother can get, would let her 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER get a boob job.
Well, there’s this thing called puberty…I don’t know if you guys have heard of it…usually around the age of 14, 15…certain changes happen to the body and in women boobs grow.
Ali’s mother don’t let anyone of her kid’s do anything to there body’s and can i just mention another rumour Ali has a noise job that’s not true and neither is this it’s all lie’s.

oh please she’s just going through puberty. i grew boobs and got curves in a few months when i was around 13-14. OR she could be wearing a padded bra (not a push-up) push up is to give you cleavage and padded is to look bigger. or a push up AND padded one. seriously i’ve tried padded bra’s and they make me look a LOT bigger.
oh yeah and when you have naturally big boobs they are usually lower but when you have fake ones they’re higher.

hmmm….hard to say, but if she did not get a boob job, it must be the distraction bras that she’s wearing. that’s the only bra i know of that can make that much of a difference. she looks at least 2 cup sizes or so bigger!
OMG, it’s called puberty! She’s 14 so it happens. Boons do grow around that age. When I was 14 I was an A-cup and now I’m a D-cup at 15. Girls do grow boobs. It happened to me, it can happen to her! She probably grew boobs then is wearing a push-up or padded bra. Boobs do grow people! It can happen to her!
It is obvious those are breast implants.
No one’s breasts grow a POUND EACH in a matter of months while the arms stay exactly the same size! And there simply isn’t enough breast tissue in picture #1 to “push up” into the gazongas that are shown in picture #2.
Then, consider the family we are talking about. The Lohans are sadly, wildly, dysfunctional. Would it really surprise anyone that Dina Lohan would allow/pay for breast augmentation for a 14-year-old? It’s child abuse, frankly…
