How Much Would You Pay for This House?

The Villa Leopolda, on the French Riviera, has just sold for $748 million dollars, breaking a world record.
The purchaser is a Russian who has not been identified, which is a shame, because I’d like to know if he has a son. Seriously, I’m in the early stages of house-hunting here in Seattle, and I’m trying to plan out how I’m going to put together like 10% down on a two-bedroom condo. This mysterious Russian billionaire guy could help me out. But he won’t, probably.

It is very beautiful in that Italian hills sort of way, but I’d much rather build a castle on a 150 acre estate than for that!
property tax must cost half the house. the expenses of gas, lights, upkeep. i do not care how wealthy one is, that adds up.
