Lindsay Lohan made the trek to the Windy City with gal pal Samantha Ronson for Lollapalooza, where SamRo was playing DJ. Also there: Mark Ronson, Slash, Perry Farrell, and Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.

There is nothing I despise more than the hideous usage of ‘gal pal’ in all the gossip blogs when referring to Sam Ronson. Just call it what it is, Beet – her girlfriend!

Dude, I’ve called Samantha Lindsay’s “girlfriend” at least 100 times previously on this blog. Look it up. “Gal pal” is just a way of switching it up, like sometimes I use “boy toy” instead of “boyfriend.”

Lindsay looks stunning. Truly. She’s obviously living a much healthier life now.
I hate how everyone uses the word ‘gorgeous’ and ’stunning’ so gratuitously now a days. Lindsay looks arrite. The aviator shades have to go, that was like 3 years ago linds.. really, pick up a magazine. And again.. of all the women out there, she had to go with that DJ Chick? She looks like Billy Joe Armstrong back when Greenday first came out.
My problem with “gal pal” is similar to when “meteorologists” call snow “the white stuff” which really irks me. Donkey Punch, can you come up with some alternate names for that?
