I always find it funny when a patient can take a smoke break, I don’t know why, but it seems weird to me. It’s like, you’re in the hospital! No smoking! Anyway, I quit a couple years ago. Listened to a book on tape called “The Easy Way to Quit Smoking”. I heard it from someone and thought it was obvious enough to maybe work. I don’t even remember when I quit… I don’t think about smoking at all. It’s as if I have to remind myself that I ever was a smoker at all. I don’t even think about it. It’s the only thing that worked for me. Good for you for quitting!!!! The book may help you. I had no withdrawal or anything. Just chose my day and stopped. Trust me I know how weird that sounds, but it’s true.
