The Second NKOTB Single: Every Bit as Awful as the First!

If you’d held out some glimmering ray of hope that the entire new NKOTB album might not be unbearable treacle like the first single, it’s time to let that hope quietly collapse.
You can listen to their second single — which is actually titled “Single” — here. They teamed up with Ne-Yo on this one, which was just plain poor decision-making … on Ne-Yo’s part.
The entire album will be out September 2.

Well, first of all I want to state that I love these random ads. They are so off-topic it would be even fun, weren’t it for the dreadful grammar / spelling mistakes.
Oh, and now – the song sucks hard. There is a place and a time for each one and theirs passed a long time ago.

wow this is horrible…summertime was a decent first single (i liked it at least) but this one not so much!
The short preview on People.com was not enough 4 me to decide. I’ve since heard the full song and I LOVE it, definitely getting it off Itunes. It’s one of those songs you’ll hear at the clubs and dance to. Honestly better than Summertime. Now really people, let’s be objective here. If you had heard it and not know it was New Kids, I bet alot of you would’ve liked it. Oh well. Let’s just hold the negativity and see how it does on the charts, that is the true test.

I don’t know why people like you b**** and moan about how bad their songs are…what the heck were you expecting, anyways??!! Nkotb is a POP group, and their songs sound pretty much like what I hear on the radio every day….i don’t know which rock you’ve been living under but there’s nothing awful about that.
They will continue to collaborate with pop artists like neyo, the PCD, Lady Gaga…etc…and i think that’s a great move on their part. I for one think their upcoming album sounds AMAZING…I love single and can definitely see myself dancing to it at a club…wasn’t a big fan of the first song, but from what I’ve heard about their upcoming CD I’m really getting into their whole reunion decision.
Don’t talk rubbish…the 5 bad brothers from the Beantown Land are back like it or not and WE LOVE THEM! Their new stuff is brilliant, and they’re doing a huge tour and I’m seeing them VIP stylee in Sept. So don’t talk about things you don’t understand, NKOTB are stronger than ever!!!
