i don’t think everyone is out to get celebrities or a piece of them, maybe the other guy was genuinely trying to look out for shia because he knew the paparazzi would be all over this (like they have)…but, who knows.

Has anyone seen pictures of the wreck? His truck was UPSIDE DOWN. There is no way he could have gotten away in an overturned vehicle, sheesh. That is a silly rumor…only meth crazies on cops run away from a car that will be immediately traced to them.

I’m glad that my Shia was responsible enough to stay and admit that he was responsible for this. There are so many celebs that have left the scene or have denied that they were the cause of accidents. I hope this has scared him enough to get some help or counceling so this does not spiral into something else… and thank you for posting this picture. he is just so damn hot… I just cant take it!

I’ve seen him interviewed and he does seem like a good guy. I think he’s basically a good guy who’s sick and needs to get some help to sort things out before he permanently damages his career (i.e. Lindsay Lohan) or worse – kills somebody or himself.
