I think everyone should get over it and stop stating “how blind the parents are” or saying how much of a whore she is. Im not gonna defend her enterily but being a 16 year old I know that 80 percent of all the girls that go to my school are worse than this, not only are they having sex and posing sluttly for pictures, there also into drugs and drinking, shop lifting and more. Now u cant even really blame the parents either cause when it really comes done to it half the time there unaware of these things completely. I think that it is really sad the way that the industry has made this “kids” behave. Child stars seam to be acting out all over the place, case and point Lindsey L. Why do the majority of the Disney girls go wild?
i wouldnt say they go wild.
id say its more they are groomed to fit a certain “image,” set forth by disney.
now this image of being attractive but in a younger-kid way, like oh look shes so pretty, is much different than being seen as a sexual object or as attractive in a sexual way.
the problem seems to be that disney forgets that kids grow up.
so the stars become teenagers, and start to date, experiment- through sex, drugs, drinking, partying, whatever. im not condoning it, im just stating that the majority of teenagers in countries like ours, where there is usually a huge amount of freedom, as well as technology, rebel or grow up in some way.
thing is, they’re famous, so instead of having people in your high school or town see the pictures, its all over the media and in tabloids and such, where people get paid to come up with outlandish stories- not that some rumors arent based on truth, because they can be, but in the world of tabloids, the more scandalous the story, the better, as it causes more people to buy.
that said, miley cyrus may be old enough to take such pictures, or she may not, if its even her, but the “disney girls go wild” comment, at least from my point of view, is unfair because i feel the majority of teens, disney or no, do something “wild,” which can be as innocent as backtalking their parents, or as seemingly “wild” as being sexually promiscuous and doing tons of drugs.
besides, what about disney boys?
for instance, vanessa hudgens and miley cyrus get beat up for nude or semi-nude pictures, even though hudgens is over 18, and legally an adult, yet if zac effron appears shirtless, its ok. following this, if a “disney boy” were to send sexy pictures to someone, or just take sexy pictures that somehow got leaked, id venture to guess that the resault wouldnt be nearly as harsh.
i dont think miley cyrus is a slut, whore, or any of that- i think she’s a young girl who was goofing off and taking pictures, and made the mistake of trusting the wrong person, or however they got leaked, if its even her. i feel bad for her and her family, because of people calling her a slut, saying demeaning things about how they’d fuck her, and browbeating her over and over.
basically, it happened, its unfortunate, lets get over it.
additionally, her father is almost creepily well groomed. i dont know why i find that creepy, i just do. =]
