Evil Beet sources report that Joe Jonas (of the Jonas Brothers) is now dating Taylor Swift. She joined the guys on tour in Dallas last night and will be hitting up Anaheim with them as well.
Why do you care?
I’ll tell you.
First of all, because, aside from Taylor Momsen, Taylor Swift is definitely my #1 underage girl-crush. So that should be reason enough. But I really want Taylor to be a huge star and a relationship with Joe Jonas could help increase her star status in the mainstream tabs, which would thrill me. Oh, and they both purport to be “virgins.”
But, most importantly, Joe Jonas is Miley Cyrus’s ex-boyfriend!

i am a HUGE jonas brothers fan. and i’ve been a taylor swift fan for quite some time now. just because she may be dating joe, doesn’t make me like her any less than i already did. so anyone who likes her less now just because she MAY be dating a jonas is insanely over-obsessed. =] taylor’s very pretty and quite talented. joe is incredibly handsome and insanely talented. all of you girls just need to grow up. if you really loved joe, you would just be happy for him. it doesn’t matter who he’s with because he’s not with you, so quit worrying about it so much. its not like the world is going to end because one of the jonas brothers has a girlfriend. its life, people! no matter who you are, you’re going to date some time in your life. they are both still young, and i can’t say anything because i’m only 18, but you’re going to date. duh.

and here’s my opinion on this whole joe and taylor being “good togetherâ€. honestly, they do make somewhat of a cute couple, but i just don’t think they’re right for each other. i do think that taylor may be a little too country for joe. but i don’t doubt for a second that they’re content with one another. i mean, joe even said that they text all the time, so obviously they can hold a conversation, and they can find things to talk about easily. communication is key in a relationship. so maybe they are good together. i don’t personally know either one of them and neither do you, so stay out of their personal lives.
but girls, this is nothing to break a sweat over. so what if joe’s off the market. its not like you had a chance with him anyway.
