Every day I see drivers yakking on their phones. But I would agree that it's the talking that distracts. Lots of things can distract a driver - phones, screaming kids in the back seat, changing the cd, lighting a cig..... are they going to try and ban them all? Only "hands-free" is allowed. Too much accidents are caused by cell phone distraction. It's the talking that's the problem, not the hand holding the cell phone. OK, rant over. Since we have to deal with this whether or not it actually makes sense, this giveaway is a good idea.
