i got hugely fat when i was pregnant with my first baby and i was only 100lbs before then and 3-4 years after baby im still 115lbs it pisses me off!!! some women dont take it as a license to eat their body just goes crazy, its called hormones. some also grow hairs in places never been before. i am frightened to get pregnant again because im afraid i’ll become a blimp again!!! i’m not eating next time LOL i miss my pre-baby body :(

Why can’t she be a married mum at 22, and still be a strong woman? Isn’t a woman’s strength about whether she makes her own decisions about her life and her body? Plus, while she is not stick-skinny, she is definitely healthy, and that should be one of our highest values- NOT looking like a twig. If she can teach her children to be just as strong and healthy, that’s a wonderful thing.

it’s funny how people forgive anything because someone is pregnant, even if they’re extremely fat. No, it’s not okay. Your first priority is yourself! taking care of yourself and making sure you are the best possible person you can be. If you can’t do that and be pregnant, then gasp don’t get pregnant! We’ere over populated as it is and as much as people like to think so, their child isn’t the most special thing in the world.

and the person who said that charlotte is a strong woman, uh no. she had post-partem depression after her 1st kid and honestly there’s a good chance she didn’t exactly want to have another kid right now, but it either happenedlike Jaimee-lynn) or her husband kept pushing for it. and being 22 and already married with 2 kids is generally a sign of a woman who is not strong and who doesn’t value herself enough to pursue the other dreams that she has.

I agree with Ratters re her 9/11 comments, she was way out of line.

But aside from that, weight seems to be a real issue on this blog…. this person is fat, that person is pretty but she’s fat, I’m so embarrassed at how fat my cats are. You know what, we get it – you fear fat in any form and exhibit a certain degree of hostility to all things fat.
