I don’t know how to put this nicely.
Liv Tyler looks awful at the premiere of The Incredible Hulk.
I hate everything about this look. The shoes are too clunky for the dress. And the dress is too thin for her legs. Liv is obviously one of those girls whose legs get bulkier when they work out, and that can be really sexy, but the dress is so thin and light that it just makes her thighs look gargantuan. She should have gone with a heavier, darker fabric and a cleaner cut. And the bottom of the dress is wrinkled. And the top of the dress is … unfinished?
And I almost never say this, but, uh, there’s a time and a place for a spray tan, darling, and that time is before you put on that dress.

Despite the mess of the gown, she still looks beautiful. I’ve had a crush on this chick since I saw her in “That Thing You Do”… It looks like she’s wearing a belt under the dress…?

I think she looks lovely. And her legs look perfect. She looks healthy and natural–not everyone wants to rock the mystic tan look. Since when did showing the natural tone of your skin become a bad thing? She’s got beautiful skin, why cover it up with a bunch of spray on gunk? It’s not my favorite look for her, but hell, I’m not going to veto it. It works.

this dress is a trainwreck but liv looks beautiful anyway. and i agree with amanda…why in hell should she spray tan when her natural skin is so pretty and creamy? she’s not lohan, after all.

I don’t think she looks awful at all… I think she looks really cute. I would have chosen a more daring color for the shoes, but whatever. Her hair looks like it would be super-duper soft, too. I love brunettes

She’s still very pretty. The dress isn’t a success, but her skin is beautiful the way it is. Spray tan sucks.

Spray tans are disgusting. Disgusting. Tans in general are gross unless you are naturally tan, or got tan by doing things outside (i.e. NOT sunbathing). Natural skin is the most beautiful. Her legs look fabulous and toned, not big at all (!), and not stick thin like most other actresses you seem to envy. I think she looks beautiful. The dress isn’t my favorite, but it’s a great color on her. Shoes are meh. Give her some credit, you can’t expect her to be perfect, and at least she’s not fake. Wear sunscreen everyone! Doctor-in-training’s orders! ;o)

I think she looks gorgeous from like just before the hand on her hip and up. but the bottom…not so good, the shoes are gross. So yes top half stunning bottom half not so much and i think its just the cut of them dress and the shoes

Liv is way beautiful and, yes, the dress doesn’t flatter her at all and it does seem to ’stick’ to her belly giving her that unsightly bump…the view from behind is so much worse!

She looks like she did a “Pretty in Pink”-style DIY project using a couple of satin pillowcases. Yikes! But she’s still beautiful–clothing aside, I think she looks better than ever.

She doesn’t look nearly as bad as you say she does Beet. Sorry, but I think ya got it wrong on this one. The only wrong with the outfit is the material of the dress and the angle of the camera. The color of the dress enhance her eye color. I think she looks beautiful. I agree with the others, spray tan is not a cool trend to follow.

Ick. The whole outfit makes her look like a scary tall godzilla monster.
And no people, spray tans are no longer orange and gross… in case you’ve been lost in the UV bed for the past three years, ALL celebrities are spray-tanned - regularly. The whole point is that you don’t notice it… guess it worked on you.

Beet do you think you were a little tough on Liv’s look at the apperance?!?! I mean the dress is not my favorite, but I think she looks absolutely beautiful! She is in great shape, her legs look niced and toned and I dont think they look big at all. I mean you are degrading everything that she is wearing, but I dont see you in anything better and I dont see you at any red carpet events so why do you think you know it all when it comes to dressing for an event?!?! You were probably sitting in your PJs in Seattle while writing this! Liv Tyler looks better than you anyday!
