John Travolta seems intent on continuing to look like a ’70s gay porn star.
Why?
I was watching an HBO documentary on the adult film industry last night. They had candid interviews with a bunch of porn stars. One of the male porn stars was complaining about how men in the industry are paid much less than the women. He was like “I like to compare it to the way we pay teachers so little in this country — far less than what they’re worth.” I actually laughed out loud. I mean, seriously, in the long run, who’s really teaching our nation’s children what they need to learn in this life? The porn stars, people. The porn stars. Maybe John Travolta’s wearing that moustache in solidarity with the grossly underpaid male porn stars of America.

Actually, he’s grown this mustache for not one, but two new TV movies premiering on LOGO later this year. One is a western called “The Rump Wranglers” and the other is an action/romance called “Bone Smuggler: A Love Story.”
