Ryan Phillippe finally made a public appearance with the woman who split up his marriage to Reese Witherspoon — Stop Loss costar Abbie Cornish.
The two showed up together to the Australians in Film awards in Los Angeles yesterday.
I wonder if Reese got a warning phone call.

All this bitch is ever going to be known for is being a home wrecking slut who met Ryan on the set of a movie that pretty much sucked. People like Ryan deserve little hags like this.

Ugh. This lady is not nearly as attractive as Reese, and there’s no way she could be nicer than her either. From the interviews I have seen with Reese she seems so sweet and genuine. I think it was incredibly selfish for Ryan to divorce Reese for many reasons, especially because they have children!! You just can’t do this, people…

Ryan felt second best in the marriage, Reese’s career was super hot and like most men his age he has a lot of professional competition, this will lessen as he gets older, but he didn’t count on how many people like and respect Reese in the business. The perception is he did a really scummy thing and hurt her and his kids, for a little puss on the side during a film. Instead of just leaving it alone, Ryan seems to be trying to validate the Abbie thing, and she may be pregnant. He kind of blew his career, a lot of people won’t hire him, because they don’t want to piss her off. Plus he has a reputation as kind of an ass to work with. Either way it’s a downgrade.

Gorgeous and such a stellar actress. Don’t know why everyones bitching. I’m pretty sure they didn’t get together on set. If they did, well, its no different to Saint Angelina and Brad.

I used to love this really black comedy tv show that abbie cornish was on in Australia, called life support. She’s actually pretty cool, can take the piss out of herself and has followed up with some amazing films (check out somersault, her performance was unbelievable). so maybe don’t be so hard on her, she’s a pretty serious actor and has got her shit together, isn’t getting DUI’s or anything, just goes about her work. Maybe Ryan wanted to be with someone a little bit more down to earth.
