Samantha Ronson’s Suing Perez … Again

Six months after her defamation suit was tossed out of an LA court, Samantha Ronson wants it reinstated. She’s claiming that her former lawyer — whom she’s also suing — mishandled the case, and she wants another stab at Perez.
For those of you who don’t remember, Samantha sued Perez for claiming that she owned the cocaine found in Lindsay’s car after her May 2007 DUI arrest.
She’ll make her appeal on Wednesday.

This is an old story. Ronson asked the case be reinstated about a month ago.
Joan, the notion that it was Ronson’s coke is laughable. Not saying Ronson hasn’t used (not naive). Saying that story that she planted it was crock of the nth degree. Anyone that knows their spin knows a planted story when they see it. Why the reinstatement though…hmmm why would Ronson get disinterested in the case last year and then interested in it again. What secret that someone close to Ronson might not want to be part of the public record back then has now changed. What secret is now pretty much in the open and no longer is scaring someone. hmmmm.
