I literally feel like a new person. Also I tried to quit dozens of times before this and failed. I really feel that everyone finds their own time to just say enough and do it. I used the patch but I didnt follow the instructions exactly, I stepped down the dosage when I felt I could handle it. So basically I ended up being on them about twice as long. But hey, like I said everyone finds their own way. Good luck and I hope you make it.
