I just finished listening to that young singer Nasri on MYSPACE and his music is so great. He is actually behind the NKOTB comeback. He wrote the song “ click click click †and co-wrote “ summertime †with Donnie. He also is working on some other songs with the group according to the NKOTB website. Here’s the link I found.

The song is fun and it will be sucessful, so all of you lame people will be eating your words. Since when does it matter how old one is to perform music? I happen to enjoy many types of music, and I could care less what they call themselves. These guys have paid their dues and should recieve respect for being one of the first boy bands in the music industry. I say welcome back!!! Can’t wait to hear the rest of the new album!

I love it when old thing come back around again! Like toys…The Carebears…Strawberry Shortcake…Transformers, Ya know things we played with we can now see our kids enjoy also. I just don’t see how this same concept will work for an aged boy band turned man band. I went to see them at age 12 in 1989, loved every second! But they really never had any vocal talent, But they could dance and put on a show for tweens. I don’t see them have a fanbase other than adults at first due to their novelty factor. I wish them the best of luck, they need it in the pool of talent we have now days.
hmmmm….if it suck so bad, why is it #1 on VH1 top 20 and climbing ALL of the charts? I think it’s a great song for summer and upbeat.. and I’m sure the guys know they are not teenagers anymore. I think that Summertime has a novelty factor it was written for the fans to bring back the memories they had when they were younger. If you don’t like NKOTB then well that is your choice but to put a hater blog up about them? Come on do you have nothing better to do with your time than sit and hate?
Summertime was #1 on VH1 for SEVERAL weeks and I have to say that they are doing an international SOLD OUT tour and it isn’t just older women who loved them back then. One of the concerts I was at held husbands, mothers with daughters, fathers with daughters, boyfriends etc…
I am not ashamed to say that I have not only met Joe McIntyre, but Jordan and Jonathan Knight as well and they are a bunch of talented sweethearts. Joe remembered me from the 2 previous times we had met, Jordan remembered singing to my daughter 4 years prior and signed something for her.
Put your hate on somewhere else, Hanson maybe? Or do you remember “Mm Bop”
Summertime was just the tip of the ice burg thank you so much, “The Block” is versatile and it ROCKS.
