Here are some choice photographs from Juliette Lewis’s performance with her band, Juliette Lewis and the Licks, at a Netherlands Liberation Day Festival called Bevrijdingspop.
I have never heard a single song by this band and I never want to, but whenever I see that there are new photographs from one of their shows, I always get all excited. She’s so unnecessarily weird on stage. Sometimes I wonder if she ever got out of her Other Sister character. Can you believe this girl used to get to mount Brad Pitt’s pole? Not fair.

I can understand what Brad Pitt saw in her. She had a hotness about her, that’s hard to explain. Now she inspires me to hope that security is nearby watching.

I saw her in concert. See, it was billed a Muse concert (which they were incred) but no opening. then Juliette and her weird ass Licks come on to open. Wearing the red pleather, she proceeded to rape her tamborine and guitarist at the same time. Her music is dreadful.

I stood front row and I can tell ya, it was a great show, she is so freaking cool. Her music is very nice.. but off course, you can hate it or love it. AND I LOVE IT!! and I wasn’t the only one;)

I’ve only heard a few songs and I like them. She lacks pretention (although now I sound pretentious for saying that) and is one of the few actresses (or actors for that matter) that can pull that off without seeming like they are trying to hard.
