Lindsay, like most other passive kind of lesbians, is afraid/disgusted of sexual contact with male figures because of traumatic upbringing while a child. Molested, abused, harassed or simply girls humiliated by their paternal figures (and without any support by their careless mothers), when older, tend to fear men and go for a fake male figures like Samantha in order to preserve some of her heterosexuality, but in a “safe” way. It’s a way nature found to compensate things. It’s very strange, but it’s what life is like.

Good for L.L. and S.R. I think ultimately not playing the Hollywood game of the false image may end up saving L.L. She seems genuinely happy just being with S.R. and not worrying about presenting “boyfriends” like Riley Giles and Callum Best to the public. That 2nd trip to Italy, when she brought S.R. along, seemed a purging of the first one. Hopefully this will be the step needed to get rid of that drug problem once and for all. It may seem optimistic (once hooked it’s a killer) but being at peace is a good start. I just wish S.R. wasn’t a DJ. I know L.L. wants to be around her but the club is not the place for L.L. to always be.
