It looks cheap enough to remind me of the late 70's and early 80's, so I guess it is right on for Tom Waits. I guess that kind of puts it in place with how I see Scarlett: cheap, plastic, talentless, and a 2nd rate imitator of better things. Tom Waits… I thought this was a joke too.
