Okay, she’s 14 years old, so I can’t really have a girl crush on her without feeling a little pervy (I think I draw the line at 16, U.S. laws be damned), but I think Taylor Momsen is just the cutest thing on the entire planet.
Here she is on Lafayette Street in NYC filming for Gossip Girl.

Okay, she’s pretty cute and all, but what the hell is with the big, giant wool scarf (I don’t think the blanket on my dog’s bed is this big) combined with a skimpy little t-shirt that blows a draft to her mid-riff?
