Well..Danielle Fishel.. I don’t know you either as if that was going to make a difference for what you did.. very silly of you.. I am delighted you were pulled over … maybe saving someone’s life!!! You go on and on making excuses etc… there is no excuse for this stupidity.. Get your act together and act responsibly… Anyone who drives with drink taken deserves this.. have no sympathy for you whatsoever…..

  2. Aquitted Says:

When the Popo ask you if you have been drinking, the answer is always “No Sir.” If there is a dead body in the trunk, you have no idea how it got there… Sir. I would go on, but you get the drift.

Lori, my dear , you are a koont.

I dunno… I fully agree with Lori up there. Just because her ugly mug was once plastered all over the television doesn’t make her any less accountable. It doesn’t make anyone less accountable. Unless you’re in L.A. The law doesn’t seem to abide in that landfill.

While dishing legal advice, “Aquitted” appears to have misspelled “acquitted.” I suggest that this may speak to the value of such advice, sir.

  7. Aquitted Says:

Busted by Steisan_Disciple! I had a good attorney, but a bad education!

I don’t really think she was making excuses. I think she wanted to point out that she wasn’t hammered and that she was not originally pulled over for drunk driving. I hate drunk driving as well and have know people who have been seriouslly injured, but I also think 90% of the population has made this same mistake. I also know plenty of GOOD people who have gotten a DUI. The test is whether they learn from that mistake. People cannot be expected to be perfect, but only to grow from things like this. I think it was brave of her to come and address it on TV and maybe reach out to some of those people (girls her age) who “think” driving after only 3 drinks will be fine. A lot of people think you have to be swerving all over the road to be a “drunk driver.” I think her talking about her mistake and what she thought is much more powerful than a sobbing “I’m so sorry” from Paris Hilton when we all know she’s not. I don’t think she should be let off the hook, but should be applauded for trying to do the right thing now. I’m also sure Lori’s strong reaction is due to someone she cares about be hurt or killed due to something like this, and for that reason, I can completely understand her feelings too.
