What he did is sick and wrong, so stop saying things like, “He photographed a bunch of rich drunken whores who had no respect for themselves? Who the **** cares!”

He deserves to be in jail.

First of all, as much as I hate Girls Gone Wild, everyone has a right to free speech. But there SHOULD be laws against what he does. He makes millions of dollars off of drunk, young girls (mostly teenagers - and who hasn’t done dumb things as a teen) who exchange their dignity for a t-shirt. A lot of people are saying “You don’t see men doing that.” Well that’s because in our society, men are the ones catered to, and women are encouraged to do this sort of thing. Why ARE they doing this? What has caused it? For some, it may be general attention-whoring, but for many who knows? Maybe they were molested and act out with sexual behaviour, maybe they want male approval…it doesn’t matter. Yes, they should know better, but damn, so should the executives making money off of them. This is exploitation in its rawest form. And Joe Francis IS a rapist. I trust the freakin’ Chicago Tribune. We live in a country where the victim is rarely believed when it comes to rape. He has enough money and enough of that boy’s club, play boy “charm” to get away with having his lawyers assure the public that an underage girl could NOT have liked being raped by him because he is so “well-endowed”. I fucking hate his guts.

It always amazes me how quick people crucify a person. Those females presented false information. That is them and THEIR PARENTS responsibility. Their young asses should have been at home playing with each others hair. The man makes money doing something smart.
