Brandy Norwood’s mother/manager is suing Kim Kardashian and her siblings, accusing them of running up more than $120,000 in credit card charges without permission while Kim was styling Brandy.

She alleges Kim was authorized to make a single purchase on the family’s AmEx card, but later ran up a ton of unauthorized charges, and gave the card to her siblings, who also ran up a ton of unauthorized charges. Kim claims she and her family were authorized to make all the charges. “We have her signature on all items,” Kardashian says.

You’ll recall that Kim also starred in a recent sex tape with another Norwood: Brandy’s brother Ray-J, who she later dumped for footballer Reggie Bush. Seems like there’s still some bad blood between the families.

Britney Spears will be examined by a court-appointed psychiatrist to determine if she understands the legal proceedings surrounding her, a judge ruled on Monday.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered that the psychiatrist file a report on the 26-year-old singer’s mental condition by February 13, the eve of a hearing to decide how much longer her assets should remain under the temporary control of her father and his attorney.

Gordon also said a restraining order against Brit’s manager and confidant, Sam Lutfi, forbids him from any contact with her, including telephone, texts messages and e-mail, amid reports the two were still in contact.

The child custody battle between Brit and K-Fed has been put on hold until her mental issues can be resolved.
