I Liked It Better When the Counting Crows Did It
February 26th, 2008 by Evil BeetMadonna’s new album has an official title: Hard Candy, which is totally a ripoff of that Counting Crows album, IMHO.
The album’s release date is set for April 29, with the first single, “Four Minutes to Save the World,” being released at the end of March.

Second, Madonna is an amazing artist, but I’m not able to think that, she is 50 years old, and still doing this kind of music! That’s kind of weird.

Maybe the Counting Crows stole the title from Dolly Parton’s Christmas song “Hard Candy Christmas.” I think it’s lame to imply that Madonna would steal anything from the Counting Crows. They aren’t exactly burning up the charts. I doubt she’s even heard of that album. I know I never had until I read the title here.

Counting Crows are awesome first of all, and thank you for noticing that. As such a mainstream artist, Madonna, or at least her people should do some research before naming albums…. whatever.
