If you have the awful throw-up bug make sure you get lots of fluid. Here’s a tip, warm up your gatorade. I heat it up for my two little ones. It will help keep it down. Cold fluids is a no-no, it will “shock” your tummy and can make you throw up more. Hope you feel better soon!
