It's up to them to see that their conservatorship is abided by. If they have to go to court to enforce it, so be it. These parents seem to be accustomed to receiving maximum results with minimal effort. That isn't going to happen anymore, so they're going to have to take action, again and again if necessary, to see that the conservatorship is acknowledged. It’s “throes”, not “throws”.

It’s up to them to see that their conservatorship is abided by. If they have to go to court to enforce it, so be it.
