Also, they make the girls or guys (look at us being equal opportunity!) decide amongst themselves where they rank and then have a group of 3 usually 'models' (in the loosest sense of the word) tell them where they really rank. Not being an avid watcher (although this really sounds like I am...) I can't be sure, but I dont think anyones ever cried before.
