Paris and sister Nicky hit up Goa last night, then went to an after-party in the wee hours of the morning.
What’s the verdict on this dress, kids? You know, it’s been cooooold in LA lately, but I guess if you’ve been drinking all night, it’s okay.

i was just thinking she looked pretty – digging the hair – liking the colour on her very much – and then i got to the stockings and shoes…
but other than that – i vote “yes”.
Uggghhhh… damn this girl is FUGLY!!!!! The dress would look better on someone that can fill it out better-like Kimmy K!!!!!! I just can’t comprehend why people think she looks hot. No matter what she wears she’s still a fugly ho.
