The NY Times has an interesting piece of Natasha Lyonne — who’s alive and off of heroin these days — and it’s worth a read.
About show business: “I was kind of put into this business by my family, by my mother. To be fair, I think she thought it was the right thing, and I definitely responded to it. I was an outgoing child. But I don’t know if it was something I would have done by choice.â€
About her drug use: “I took it about as far as I could. And I didn’t die, so I decided to live, basically. Obviously it’s complicated, but it’s also very simple. I wasn’t dead at 27, so I might as well be 30. You’re already in it. You may as well be in a rocking chair some day eating a lobster club.â€

Natasha is an excellent actress and I’m sorry to see her addictions get in the way of her talent. I wish her well.

she was great in Slums of Beverly Hills, but I don’t think I’ve seen her in anything else.
I loved her in “But I’m a Cheerleader”…….and it’s totally good for her that she’s cleaned herself up and has a desire to live her life now…….maybe she should talk to Britney
