Lindsay’s rehaboyfriend is trying to sell “intimate” photos of Lindsay to the tabs.

On Dec. 26, dozens of magazine editors awoke to an e-mail from a well-known photo agency. The e-mail included several snapshots of Lohan in various states of undress, and boasted that the pics were “personal photos taken by Riley Giles while he was dating Lindsay Lohan.”

You’d think Lindsay would have learned her lesson about letting people take incriminating photos of her, but still. This was a totally dick thing of Riley to do. What a loser. You got dumped, Riley. What? Did you think Lindsay Freakin’ Lohan was going to marry your snowboarding ass? Move the fuck on.

Or, check back into the Cirque Lodge. You clearly still have some resentment issues, and I have a feeling Mischa Barton will be there any day now.

This is totally unfair. Bow Wow lifts up his shirt for no particular reason in front of thousands of people and it’s all like, “Oooh, he’s so hot!!!” I do the exact same shit on the corner of Sunset and Cahuenga and I get the cops all like, “Ma’am, you need to stop that or we’re gonna have to take you in. We’re serious, ma’am.”

Mischa was released from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station at 10:10 AM today, and was seen leaving in the back of her parents’ Mercedes.

According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriffs Department, the former “O.C.” star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops say she “was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”

After running that photo of the Victoria’s Secret angels naked, I suppose I owe the ladies (and the men who love men) a little something, too.

We just told you that Mischa Barton was arrested early this morning on DUI and driving without a valid license — but it turns out she was also in possession of illegal narcotics.

Also, as far as I know, she’s still being held on $10,000 bail. Will no one come and bail her out? I almost feel a little bad for her. I mean, you better believe there’ll be cameras there when she gets out. Talk about the ultimate walk of shame!
