Lindsay Lohan must be getting paid big bucks by Ariva — she was photographed last night with the quit-smoking gum once again. But, as we know, Lindsay has not yet quit smoking.
Maybe she oughtta share some with Katherine Heigl.

I am a smoker I mean no disrepect to any other smokers, but I mean really can she not go through the taping of a show with out smoking????
