Ha Ha Ha! They’re Showing Blonde Ambition in Texas!

Jessica Simpson’s new movie, Blonde Ambition, was determined to be not good enough to show in theaters, so it’s going straight to DVD.
However, they are giving it a limited theatrical release in Texas.
I guess it’s because Jessica and Luke Wilson are both from Texas, but if I were a Texan, I’d be a little offended by this. Like, the rest of the country is too sophisticated for this film, but Texas? They’ll dig it.
Says a spokeswoman for the production company: “It is a very cute film that Jessica fans will love and be thrilled with. We’ve done a second film with Jessica, Major Movie Star [slated for 2008 release], and we have all the confidence in her.”

i am from texas. and after reading that….. i’m a tad bit sad to say that.
I read lots of people from Texas commenting about that issue…they said they really dont want to see that movie.
Texans didn’t choose to show that bomb movie here; the studio did to get those losers Jess and Luke to come and pretend that they are proud of being Texans and starring in such a celebrated movie spectacular. Hahaha! Fantasy Planet is their true home land.
It wasn’t bad enough that they spawned George Bush? Don’t mess with Texas.
