I can’t believe the public is so heartless and blind, as to crucify Britney over all the scandal. First of all, it’s not like her mother was a shining example of how to be a good mother. And come on! How many mothers are out there having to deal with the media circus constantly going on around them to the extent Britney does?

Second, when your world begins shattering beneath your feet, and your world is as extensive as Britney’s, how are you supposed to react? Everyone has their breaking points, and I’m SO tired of seeing celebs not be afforded that one luxury that the rest of us take for granted.

I feel terrible for all Britney’s had to endure, and my best wishes are with her. I won’t give her pity, because I’m pretty sure it’s the last thing she’d want. She’s one heck of a strong woman. I just hope she recognizes that trait in herself before it’s too late.

True, true. They didn’t need to advertise the later Harry Potter movies either (and the movies did fine).

Also, the only people who would want the CD after all the Britney scandals would be extremely blind fans who would find out about the album anyway. I can’t imagine supporting her by buying an album after all that, but there must be a handful of idiots out there…
