If you’re going to comment make sure you know what you are talking about. It is very possibleto have a septoplasmy along with rhinoplasty. It depends on how severe the deviated septum is. If Ashley had a 80% deviation, it makes it that much more possible. 80% of our population have some sort of deviation and the severity is on a case by case situation.

honestly, this is ridiculous. i have a deviated septum, and had a surgery called a septoplasmy. after the septoplasmy, the inside of my nose was simply cleared out and straightened, the appearance wasnt changed, and didnt need to be changed. it has nothing to do with the outside appearance of your nose. thereofore, ashley tisdale used this as an excuse to get a nosejob. she is lame. i lost respect for her, lying to the world about her nose job.
