i think its perfectly acceptable to drink underage aslong as the parent/or guardian is around to supervise the drinking

in england (where im from ) hes almost old enough to drink
i dont understand the age 21 is (i think ) too old for them to only just start drinking

but the only bad thing to come from that accident was the damage caused to the other person and taht hes gotten his father in trouble .

I think The Hulk should get in trouble with his son because he is the one that supplied the beer so he would be held responsible for the underaged drinking because if he never got the beer then this accident would have most likely never would have happended!

No, if this was you or I we would have gotten the same amount of time. Everyone looks for people to blame in these situations. It’s bull. John Graziano was in the car, he was a racer too and probably saying “yeah, GO FASTER, beat him, yeah yeah!!!” and completely encouraging the situation. It was a dumb mistake and I guarantee you Nick has learned a LOT about himself and has also suffered a lot of guilt, shame, anxiety, and fear because of this. The guilty human mind can be more punishment than any jail cell.

I say that the whole thing is a shame! people learn from their mistakes, it’s just very sad that Nick’s mistake happened to be such a big one!!! I think that so many of us are lucky that this didn’t happen to us when we were young, and partying, and learning the effects of alcohol. So many of us did it, and it ALWAYS seems so easy to point a finger at someone who is in the hot seat. What if it were you? how many fingers would you want people to point at you? sometimes a person needs a break EVEN if they did something REALLY REALLY stupid!!! please DON’T get me wrong he needs to be punished, and held accountable for his bad choice to drink, and drive. But what I mean when I say he needs a break is YOU people leaving comments that are so harsh need to remember Nick is only human (not to mention VERY young, and inexperienced) and we ALL make mistakes including YOU too!!! it’s just that some mistakes are worse than others. Let this be a lesson to ALL the people out there who drink, and drive, and think that this sort of thing dosent happen to ME, it only happens to the other guy…. how easily you can become that other guy! I just bet if there were one thing in the world Nick could change it would be the choice to get behind the wheel of the car. Now if he were to say no I don’t care what I did, and shows no remorse then I say to ALL of you people out there that are ready to linch “I” would be right there with you!!!!! But really I some how think his life is filled with so much guilt, and “if only’s” I say to you Nick young man my heart goes out to you in your time of sadness.

Nick and Brooke Hogan are both spoiled brats who should have had a side 15 shoe put up their ass years ago. Hulk tried setting them straight, but no, their dingbat mother made excuses for them all those years growing up while the big guy tried to discipline them. Nick is getting exactly what he deserves and saying that John is responsible for his own actions because he got in the car is about as ignorant of a comment as anyone could make. Jeff, maybe you should get your head out of your ass and wake up.
Nick has 8 long months in the joint to think about the stupid shit he did. Oh, and he isn’t a celebrity, his father is the celebrity.
I hope Nick gets fucked in the ass in the joint to teach him a lesson.
