well, it could be the Cuffs of Love thing, or it could be a BDSM thing. I have friends who are into BDSM, and the necklaces they have (either handcuffs, or a padlock) are kind of like subtle collars, so they are not wearing an actual collar in public. Not saying that this is what it is, but doesn’t Lohan have pics that show her in kind of kinky situations with another woman?
