Nick is being made an example of and I am glad for that when you see people like Nicole richie and paris hilton doing MINUTES in prison because of their ‘celebrity status’… but I don’t think this is the opportunity for people to slag off the whole family. Give them a break – yes Nick was wrong, but at least he is being punished, not only by the law but by living every day knowing what happened to his friend because of a moment of stupidity. With the break up of their family and now this, for all those people who are enjoying it then just sit back and watch and smirk all you like. But don’t just throw abuse wherever you see fit… Just be grateful that, with any luck, future figures in the public eye wont get away with a slap on the wrist for things us “normal people” would serve time for…..

Like Sean said, all of you are idiots for judging someone. So what? He messed up…badly. BUT! No one is perfect! We are ALL born sinners! Everyone in there life has speeded and raced before, and your just lucky you haven’t been caught. Prayers go out to his friend, but he’s still not the smartest person for distributing the alcohol. Growing up in that family, couldn’t of been easy. As well, in the process of all the chaos, Linda (Hogan’s Wife) has already filed for a divorce. Come on people, that can’t be easy to go through with. God doesn’t judge people before there in heaven, why should you?

Hey Ya’ll cant be judging someone when you dont even no them and i love there family and think that there wonderful but i dont know them personally but this is just my opinion i think that everyone makes mistakes and rumors r to be spread about there family when there just not true and pay attention to the news not the web or t.v. Brook is amazing and ya’ll r just jealious cuz hulk has linda and u dont and ur just jealious of her body. and atleast brook has a nice body and thats from exercizing and eating right not no lipo-suction! so there a really good family
