I Guess Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling Are Over

“I mean, God bless The Notebook,†Gosling says. “It introduced me to one of the great loves of my life. But people do Rachel and me a disservice by assuming we were anything like the people in that movie. Rachel and my love story is a hell of a lot more romantic than that.â€
They broke up, is the thing. It’s been a few months. Gosling says it wasn’t the attention that did it, but other than that he doesn’t really know what to say. “The only thing I remember is we both went down swingin’ and we called it a draw,†he says.
The Notebook people have taken it harder. “Women are mad at me,†Gosling says with a rueful smile. “A girl came up to me on the street and she almost smacked me. Like, ‘How could you? How could you let a girl like that go?’ I feel like I want to give people hugs, they seem so sad. Rachel and I should be the ones getting hugs! Instead, we’re consoling everybody else.â€

i watched this movie in 2009 and i’m impressed by the way rachel and ryan played in it. i had cried 4 times during the watching, and i can say that i was inlove with rachel that moment. she’s a great actress and of course she and ryan got together after such a scenary but i can’t believe they broke up. i don’t know whose fault is but i’m very sorry for them.

I read Nicholas Sparks book, “The Notebook” long before I saw the movie. I think Ryan and Rachel did a wonderful job in bringing that story about. I have watched it many times. I am just a Grandma but seeing such a sweet love story and have it end by loving someone until the day you die is a wonderful message, especially in our today world. I think James Garner and Gena Rowland were so good. I don’t think we should be in the business of putting actors together just because they were great in a movie. I with both Rachel and Ryan a lot of luck in the movie and look forward to seeing them in more.

I read many of the magazines displaying the movie stars, etc. I wish I could see more pictures of Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams in them.

I’m a grandma in the older generation and their acting in the Notebook was superb.
If I had followed my dream of being an actress,I would have loved to have played Rachel’s part but only if I could have played it as good as she did.
