Typical example of what happens when you let others handle your bussiness. Heard the saying “If you want it done right, the you gotta do it yourself”
If TOM was doing it himself, this would never have happened. It’s the result of underqualified staff…thats all..

Ha, good for him. I don’t like any of the judges. I especially hate when a contestant goes home and Padma says “please pack your knives and go”. UGH!! For some reason that just sound so mean. Why can’t she just say “please pack your knives”, the “and go” just does something to me. And the other two that are regular judges, how are they even qualified to be judges since they are magazine editors??? And the guy with the glasses be on Iron Chef and seem to live everything they cook. And I think Chef Ramsey would totally kick Tom’s ass in the kitchen. LOL

Top Chef is one of my fav shows! Padma Lakshmi and the other judges are very critical of the Top wannabe chefs; but Tom Colicchio tears a new asshole every show. He was even on an episode of Top Design with his critical eye intact. I guess he’s gonna have to pay a visit to Craft sometime in the near future or maybe call Hung for advice.
