Why Don’t I Hate What Vanessa Carlton’s Wearing?

I feel like I should hate it. And yet I don’t.
Maybe the dress is just fine. Maybe I just feel like Vanessa Carlton is someone who should be generally loathed. Maybe every time I see her I just think to myself, “You know, I liked it better when they called it Alanis Morissette.”
But the ultra-long dress with the ultra-low neck?
I kind of dig it.

The dress is fine and it suits her body/complexion well. She could use some accessories and leave-in conditioner, though.

I’m a fan a both, and in no way musically, is Vanessa Carlton like Alanis. Maybe similar physical features, but, come on, you cant blame someone for that.

i like the dress, although is too large for her, i think it should be shorter, but woah i love it, it’s the dress she wears for the photo art of heroes & thieves
How about the fact that shes very natural looking, no big fake boobs? I think were not used to seeing that… So sad… Shes looks extremly classy in this dress…
