After hiding in a cave of shame for a few days since her disastrous VMA appearance, Britney Spears stepped out into the daylight for the first time yesterday, spending four hours at her attorney’s office and then grocery shopping at Ralph’s with Alli Sims.

The fact she is showing her face in public means that she doesn’t get it. She doesn’t get that everyone is laughing at her. My God she is so pathetic.
