His performances are mainly focused on his (AWESOME) dancing so most of the time he doesn't sing and the track is playing in the background. It's very hard to do hard hip-hop moves as well as crunk dancing while belting out perfectly pitched notes. When he does open his mouth he actually uses his voice. Rihanna on the other hand will display how very easy it is to sing off key while remarkably not doing a single piece of hard choreography! Chris Brown does not “lip-sync”.
