Vanessa Hudgens Apologizes for Naked Photos
In regards to this, Vanessa issued this statement today:
“I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”
Vanessa, sweetheart, I think I speak for all of the country when I say: No need to apologize! We love it!
Also: Michelle Williams, Heath Ledger and Shaquille O’Neal would like to extend an extra heartfelt thanks for eclipsing news of their divorces.
Disney, for their part, denies that they have any plans to pull Vanessa from High School Musical 3. In fact, this may be the best thing that could have happened to her career. In fact, I wouldn’t be entirely surprised if Vanessa herself leaked those pics. Can you think of a better way to cross from the pre-teen market into the mainstream? Ashley Tisdale who? How old was Vanessa when she showed off her “Epcot Center” and “Space Mountains”? As for the apology. She should have been smarter, because once you become a celebrity it’s your responsibility to protect your interests. I mean, destroy your racy photos or hide them really really well or something. She shouldn’t apologize for putting the photos out there, because I don’t think she meant to let that happen, (although anything is possible and I may be wrong), rather she should have apologize for keeping them existence to begin with. I’m sorry, once you become a celebrity, you’re open to all types of untrustworthy people…find better friends?…uuuuhyeah. This happened to other celebrities before. You just have to keep these things in mind. Your intent might be good, but your judgement may not be. In anycase, I hope she learns from this experience and moves on. I’m sure people will forget about this years from now. As for her retaining a good relationship with Disney, ummmm, we’ll have to wait and see.
