Did Someone Forget to Tell Edie Falco There Would Be Cameras at the Film Premiere?

Honestly, it looks like Edie Falco was out walking her dog in Chelsea and happened to saunter past the premiere of Romance & Cigarettes, and the photogs were like, “Edie! Edie! Over here! No one else even remotely famous showed up! Let us take your picture!” And Edie, against her best judgment, allowed them to do so, her doggie doo clean-up bag still in hand.
Seriously.
What the fuck is this? I’m not going to bother pointing out all the things wrong with this ensemble, but I feel obliged to mention that the pants aren’t even ironed.

i’m afraid this movie is going to be awful. It was made almost 3yrs ago and they’ve pushed the release back many times.

Whoa. Are you sure she’s at a premier, and not getting her picture taken at the neighborhood theatre? I mean, she’s standing next to a poster on a cheesey easel. She looks like she rolled up to the movies with her kids - no hair, no make-up, mismatched clothes gleaned from the hamper - and a fan begged to take her picture. She looks painfully embarassed in these pix.

Actually ,HBO choose her and recommended her to Mr. Chase. And she is far from being ugly. I do agree that she looks embarassed as if maybe her arm had been twisted a bit to cross the street from whatever it was she had been doing and take these photos.And with the lack of any people around her I am wondering if this photo was even taken around the time of the film premiere.
Going on what info I can see here ,she is dressed rather well for taking the dog out for a poop, would’nt you say?
