Lindsay Lohan is Getting Off EASY

Paris Hilton has got to be pissed.
Whereas Lindsay Lohan should have been looking at years in jail following her summer string of DUIs, the LA district attorney charged her with a seven misdemeanors, and no felonies.
She’s been charged with two counts of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08 percent and being under the influence of cocaine and one count of reckless driving.
Says a law enforcement source: “Prosecutors in this county see a lot of kids in crisis. There are lots of kids struggling with addiction. The first sign of trouble usually involves a car. We’re not going to throw every one of them in prison. It doesn’t make sense.”
It seemed to make perfect sense with Paris Hilton!
Why not Lindsay Lohan?
Is it because Paris didn’t immediately check into rehab?
Probably.
You should have gone to rehab, Paris!!! It would have been nicer than your jail stay!

Lindsay is trying to deal with her addiction. Paris is just trying my patience. Even if her rehab doesn’t “take” this time, at least she tried. *serious face*

Lindsay has sooooo far to go.. I think it may be impossible, as she is going right back to the same crowd and situation.. unless she has a strict 24/7 minder with a cattle prod following her for the next two years.

She’s fine until she gets out. She needs a new set of friends and influances. It’s way too much for her right out of rehab to go right back to the night club scene. I hope she does better this time.

i like lindsey, and i think she is a great role model for young girls, but her personality in films is much more adorable, i just wish she could be like that in real life xxxx
