well, it may sound like the 911 operators are allways being assholes, but trust me there is more to the job than being nice and sweet and polite to someone who needs help!

people that need help allways freak out and give as much info as possiable in a matter of seconds and all that operator needs to know is where, what and when. thats it, notice that why is not in that top 3.

Well – according to the tape, it was a white GMC truck that was following them.. doesn’t LL drive a black mercedes convertible? didn’t i read something about how LL was following them, but was not involved in the case, showed up at the police station and was arrested just cause she was there?

i’m sure being chased can be scary, but this lady was ridiculous.. i can understand the operators frustration – how could he help her if she couldn’t give him any information?

i’m not naive by any means, but.. it makes sense how they could have arrested the wrong person, with the lack of communication and confusion caused by the hysterical mother.

If I am so frightened that someone is following me that I call 911, why would I then pull over and talk to them rather than proceeding to the police station?
